If I forgot to include my tax debt in the schedule of my debts in our prenup, how do I make an addendum to that schedule?
Does it need to be notarized? We wrote the prenup ourselves and that was notarized.

You can simply make another one. A prenup does not need be notarized to be effective. Howver, courts are unfriendly towards prenups. You'd better have attorney representations to draft prenups.
