What to do if I gave my landlord a 30 day notice that I was moving out on the 6th of this month and since them he has been in and out of the house without my consent?
He went in today and bagged up the stuff I still had there and says it’s outside in the rain.

Under the laws of all states in this country your landlord can only enter your unit upon reasonable notice (usually 24 hours) or in an emergency. What he or she has been doing is improper. I would advise him that what he is doing is improper.
