Will my insurance still apply if I gave permission to an unlicensed and uninsured person to drive my car and they got in an accident?
The unlicensed driver was at fault. Will my insurance still cover the damage to my car and the car that was hit? Is there any way my insurance company can get out of paying?

It really depends on you insurance policy. Some will cover anyone drives with your permission and some do not. Check your insurance policy.
