Is this a crime outright? Because I couldn’t find any statue on alluding to harming the president just one on threatening his life.

The job of the secret service besides dealing with counterfeiting of United States currency is to protect the lives of governmental officials including the president of this country. If you have been contacted by this country's secret service about an accusation that you alluded to harm this country's president in your social net work page, I suggest that you respond to the call before you get an in person visit.
If you are uncomfortable about calling, you might consider consulting with as criminal defense attorney about the basis of your question first.
Good luck.
