Is there a statute of limitations on having to install an interlock device?

I got a DUI 7 years ago and haven’t driven since. I got convicted with a .16 so I am required to get a blow and go when I get my license back.

Usually the time for an interock runs with the time on probation or the time that a person's suspension is active.  If the time for your suspension has lapsed and your probation is done, you should no longer be required to have an interlock device just to get your license back.  You may have to pay some administrative fees and I would take a copy of any discharge paperwork that you have to show the DMV that you no longer have any court ordered interlock conditions associated with your case.  You may not need (and you dont' have to volunteer it), but I would recommend having it handy in the event the issue came up.
