I got a urinating in public ticket last night, can this be considered to be a sex offense?
Should I get a lawyer to fight it or just pay the ticket? I plan on applying for a certain job soon and don’t want this to blemish my record.

In most states urinating in public is considered a civil infraction and not a criminal offense, which means that once the fine is paid, there will be no criminal record. However, if this is considered a criminal offense in your state, then I would advise you to consult a criminal defense attorney in your area to help you avoid this going on your criminal record.
