I was at a friends party and parked on her property and one of her guest punched my car window out.I don’t know how to get a hold of the guy who did it and know one will tell me how.

Under the laws of all states in this country the person who actually damaged your vehicle is responsible for the costs of repairs, not the homeowner who was having the party where one of her guests supposely damaged your car that was presumably parked on a public street. Unfortunately you have no idea who the person is who damaged your vehicle.
If you have insurance for your vehicle possibly your insurance policy in place may assist in paying for some of the damage to it.
