What can I do if I had a truck I used in my daily business that was burned at a shop that was working on it?

I’ve been getting calls from different insurance investigators asking for information on my vehicle. Which I would expect. I’m just worried that I won’t get in the claim what it’s going to cost me to replace the vehicle. I can’t afford another monthly bill. My truck was paid off. If they don’t pay what it’s going to cost to replace the vehicle, what can I do?

If you are dissatisfied with settlement offers from the repair shop's insurance company for the loss of your truck, you can reject the settlement offers and file a lawsuit for negligence against the  repair shop.
Negligence is the failure to exercise due care that degree of care that a reasonable truck repair shop would have exercised under the same or similar circumstances to prevent foreseeable harm.
