What to do if I had an accident and my hood needed painted but the dealers will not honor the warranty since it was given by the previous dealership?
It came with a lifetime warranty; this was 10 years ago. The dealership has been bought out since the accident. Is there anything I can do to get my car painted What can I can do?

If the hood needed painted because of the accident, then the warranty would likely not apply anyway. Whatever insurance paid to otherwise repair the car after the accident should also pay for any necessary painting.
