What can I do about my association coming in to my condo without any notice?
They came in with a locksmith @ 8:15 this morning and I was inside my bedroom sleeping. When I came out of my room I found my kid’s laundry hampers in the living room and their room messed up. I contacted my husband; he has no idea who came in after he left to drop the kids. I called the association to find out and it was them. So advise me with what to do in this case.

First, review your HOA documents and then request if they provide the requisite notice...and/or were they entering based upon some level of "emergency". If they did not comply with the terms of HOA agreement, then you will want to contact a business/real estate attorney in your geographic area TODAY...and let he/she take it from there.
