What to do if I have a bussiness partner who wants to dissolve our LLC?
She wants to break our bussiness apart in order to get our current clients under a different name and cut me out. Our company lost a case because she faled to pay her portion of the debt. Now she wants to dissolve and leave the entire debt in my name. She has been changing our bussiness emails and phone numbers. What can I do to protect my current relationship with my clients and legally stop her from a hostile take over from my company.

I suggest that you consult independently with a business attorney with respect to the issues that you are writing about concerning the limited liability company and the other owners as to it. Possibly a petition for injunctive relief against the other owner is in order pending the buy out or dissolution of the entity you are writing about.
