My daughter’s father is a US citizen but we are not married.

If your daughter is over the age of 21, she can petition you for a green card. If she is not yet that old, then she will have to wait until she is 21 in order to be able to petition for you. If you have a means of getting a job and getting sponsored by the employer, then you can stay in the US based on that work visa.
