If I have a refrigerator and have had the service men to my house 6 times but it still does not work, is there a lawsuit here for loss of food and incompetence of repairs?
I have spent over $600 in repairs and food loss.

Under the laws of all states in this country you have the right to file suit against the repair company for your refrigerator and the loss of $600 in food. I suggest a small claims action. Whether you prevail depends upon whether you can establish negligence by the serve company and damages.
