If I have a guy who is selling me a trailer and now he’s trying to back out of the contract, how much could I possibly get if I sued for breach of contract?
I have been paying on a single wide trailer in a mobile home court that he owns. I have never missed a payment. However, now I have to be out in about 3 months or he will start eviction. He has told me before then I can stop making payments on the trailer so I can find it use it to save up to find a place, yet if I do this I would be breaching the contract.

Why do you allegedly have to be out in three months? That's a critical issue and without knowing why the wants to remove you, we cannot advise you. Did you violate some other term of the agreement? Has the city determined that there is some non-fixable code or zoning violation, so that no one can live there? Is he being foreclosed upon? Etc. Without more detail, we cannot advise you of your rights. Please repost your question explaining exactly why you "have to be out in about 3 months."
