If I have a juvenile record and I’m applying for an international visa, will it be seen?
I applied for an Australian visa and left out my juvenile delinquencies because I thought they had been sealed. Will their agencies be able to see what I had omitted?

If you have been fingerprinted as part of that process and you are fingerprinted again, it will show up as a "hit." Then it will be up to you to provide documentation explaining the circumstances of that hit and providing evidence that you are not ineligible for the benefits for which you are applying.
