If I have a possesion of marijuana charge from 12 years ago which turned into a bench warrant, how can I resolve this?

You will need to appear in court. Right now you should contact a criminal law attorney in the state in which the warrant was issued. They can best advise you further. One thing is for sure, warrants don't expire so you will need to handle this, the sooner the better.
