Assuming you have an endorsed filed order for SAPCR in effect dated and signed by a judge, such order with the hearing date for a permanent order needs to be personally served upon the other party by a person over the age of 18 years and not yourself.
The server then needs to prepare a proof of service for the service on the third person where such is dated, signed and filed with the court concerning your matter. I suggest that you might wish to consult with a family law attorney to assist you in your matter.
