Even though you have an outstanding bench warrant out for you concerning a probation violation, it most likely will not show up with department of motor vehicle records in that bench warrants are issued through the criminal justice system of each state in this country and the department of motor vehicles is not part of it. The chances are that you will not be arrested when you go to the department of motor vehicles to get a state identification card.
I suggest you retain a criminal defense attorney to clear this warrant for you.
