The best way to take care of this is to see an attorney ASAP. This is a very serious matter and isn't just going to go away.
Don't think because it is for DUI and not bank robbery that this isn't a big deal. It is. A DUI not only affects your driving record but also your criminal record. Hence the warrant. You face possible jail time not to mention fines and loss of your license. An attorney will help you sort this yet and the sooner the better.
