What to do if I have someone living in my residence who was originaly a guest but has been living here for over a year and I want them out?
He has not job and pays no rent. I am tired of his mooching. Can I kick him out leagally or not?

If you want this person out of your unit you need to serve him with a thirty (30) day notice of termination and if he does not move out then you will need to serve him with an eviction action. If matters get to that point then you need to consult with a landlord tenant attorney for help.
