What is my liability if I have an old building on my property that is falling down and a man offered to take the building down if he could have all of the lumber?
He said he would sign a paper stating that he takes full liability for any liability if he were to get hurt during the tear down. Is the signing of the document sufficient to exempt me from the liability?

Hello. There are times when a person may be held liable despite the signing of a paper to the contrary. I urge you seek private attorney counsel now.
Some attorneys, myself included, will confer for free, at no charge. Then, if legal work is performed, some attorneys, myself included, will provide a reduced fee for need. All the best to you.
