Can I be fired due to a medical condition?
I have been put on a behavioral plan at my job; they have threatened to fire me. I have been diagnosed as clinically depressed and I know that one of the symptoms is irritability I was put on the plan because I yelled at coworkers on 3 occasions in a 7 month period.

It depends. If yo have a documented disability that is protected under the Americans Against Disability Act then the answer is probably no, you can not be fired because of the disability. However, it has to be clear that the symptom is a direct result of the disability and a whole host of other things. I would speak with an employment specialist on the matter. Good luck.
