What can I do if I have been separated from my wife for 5 years with no children between us bu thave to pay child support for her child?
I already started the paperwork for a divorce. She took me to family court for child support for her child that is 15 years old. The Court said that even though that is not my child I had to pay the $800 child support until the divorce was finial.

I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney as to the child support order in place against you for a child that is not your own biologically nor adopted. From what you have written, it does not seem right that you have to pay child support for this child.
