If I’ve been suspend from work for a positive drug and alcohol screen, what are my rights?

I asked what the test was positive for but my company told me to contact to the drug screen company and work it out.

If you don't have an employment contract which limits the grounds for suspension or gives you the right to a certain process for suspension which must be followed, you probably do not have any enforceable rights. That's because without an employment contract, you are an employee at will, and an employee at will may be fired (or suspended, or demoted, etc.) at any time, for any reason. Employees at will have essentially no rights in or to their jobs.
