If I have given my tenants 60 days notice and want to schedule a inspection walk through but they are not responding to me, what should I do?
How can i get them to respond? How do I know they are not going to hold me up getting them out of my house?

You do not have to get your soon to be former tenants to respond to your request for an inspection of the rental. You need to call them stating a date and time for the inspection and then send a letter or e mail confirming the inspection. You need to give at least 24 hours notice. Keep a copy of all notices sent.
I would give notice of the inspection for a week from now. At the slated time and date, I would show up with another person to conduct the inspection. I presume that you have a spare key for the rental. If no one is there, let youself in and leave a note when you leave. Take a camera with you for photographs to be taken for the inspection.
