How can I find out if there is a copy of a Will?
I have just found out that there is a Will In the death of my wife’s grandmother. However, the grandmother’s daughter found it and tore it up.

I suggest that you retain a Wills and trust attorney in the county that you reside in to write a demand letter to the daughter for the name of the attorney that prepared the Will that she tore up. From there you can then try and get a copy of the Will from that attorney. Another option is for the attorney you retain to call, assorted attorneys in the community where your grandmother lived to see if they drafted her Will and if so, for a copy to be delivered.
