As the owner of the property, you would be liable if the dog injured another tenant or a guest or a trespasser on your property.  You would also be liable if the dog escaped and injured someone off of your property.  The tenants, who own the dog, would also be liable to an injured party.  If you are held liable for an injury to another caused by the dog, you could sue the tenants, who own the dog, to recover the amount of the judgment against you.
