I am a lawyer in CT and practice in this area of the law.  Did you receive and eviction notice.  This is a document that is generally served on your business that says that you are required to leave by a certain date.  If you do not leave the landlord can try to get use and occupancy payments.  However, since the company has no money or assets, all it can do is get a judgment against the company.  However, if you signed the lease personaly (i.e. executed a guarantee of the lease), then you can be help personally liable for the balance of the term and damages.  I suggest you show whatever lease you have to a lawyer and wiat for a eviction notice.  untill then, you can stay there.
