Failure to report an accident can result in your license being suspended or revoked in PA. It could also run you in to trouble with your insurance company if the person you were involved in the accident with sues you for damages sustained in the accident. Your insurance policy requires disclosure and they could disclaim coverage. There are forms to fill out. Get help.
