Is it possible to have 2 misdemeanors expunged and, if yes, how soon can it be done?

It happened about 2 1/2 years ago. It’s a larceny and possesion of stolen goods charge.

It is possible for you to have your two misdemeanors convictions expunged but not probable since they are less than three years of age. The court looks to see what the desired conviction sought to be expunged is for, the age, that the person convicted of the crime has done with his or her life and the reasons for the desired expungement.

I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney about your matter.
