What to do if I just totaled a new uninsured car?
They didn’t ask for proof of insuranance before I took the vehicle from the lot. They gave me a 30 day paper plate. Then 4 hours later, I totaled the vehicle. Shouldn’t they of had insurance on the vehicle for at least 24 hours? Not for sure what to do they want me to pay the total vehicle off in full.

you would owe the car lot(or its insurance company if it was insured) for the damage to the vehicle. you may need to file bankruptcy to get rid of this debt since I assume it was prety large. call to discuss
