If I just received the deed to property purchased from a tax sale, how do I go about evicting the previous owners?

I would hire an attorney to make sure that you properly serve the parties in question here, which would be the original home owners and any lender.  You would probably start with a 30 day notice and then if they fail to leave then you would file a Summary Proceeding for eviction.  Service is very important in these matters and the case can fail if you do not start it properly (service of the 30 day notice I mean).  Good luck.
