It is unclear here what stage the divorce is in and what you can and can not do.  If he has been given exclusive use and occupancy of the home by a Judge or as per your agreement then no, you can not re-enter the home.  If he was awarded the home in the divorce then no, you can not re enter the home.  It is legally his.
