Is it possible to have my Class 2 felony burglary charge expunged from my record?

I am a month shy of completing parole. I was sentenced to 4.25 years in prison and served appx. 3.5 along with 10 months of parole.

While Arizona has a very liberal statute regarding expungement of a criminal record, there are certain instances where it is not permitted.  These include the following: a crime involving the infliction of serious physical injury; a crime involving the use or exhibition of a deadly weapon; a crime that was motivated by sexual desires; any crime where the victim was younger than 15 years old; a driving/moving violation while the defendant’s license was suspended or revoked.  If your conviction involved any of the above expungement is not an option.  Go and speak with an attorney that handles these matters.
