if you were involved in an at-fault car accident in a company vehicle, it would depend on a number of factors and your state's case law. Were you in the car doing an errand for the company or in the course and scope of your employment? If so, your employer cannot make you pay. His or her insurance may try to fight it out with your insurance company. Consider also whether you are insured through your employer or if you had to carry separate insurance.
