If I moved in with my boyfriend over a year ago and pay 1/2 of his house payment and 1/2 of the utilities, what are my rights?

We now live as roommates; he is trying to kick me out.

I am so sorry for your situation.  You need to establish yourself as a tenant here in order to be able to have the rights of a tenant.  I think that you will be able to do so.  The problem is that you have no written lease.  So you are a month to month tenant.  He can evict you because of same with a properly served 30 day notice.  Decide if this is worth the trouble.  Good luck.
