If you have been served with a termination notice of your lease you have so many days to vacate. If you fail to do so, the landlord is required to bring an unlawful detainer action against you, you either answer the complaint or not (where a default is entered as a result) and most likely there will be an order of eviction as to you.

Once you are served with the order of eviction, you have so many days to vacate the rental that you are in typically. I suggest that you may want to consult with a landlord tenant attorney about your situation.
