Given what you have written, I would serve your aunt with a thirty (30) day notice of termination of any lease that she may have with you on your property assuming the lease is up. If she refuses to move the trailer in the stated time period, you need to serve her with an eviction action preferably prepared by a landlord tenant attorney.
