What to do about an abusive and harrasing employer?
I work for a dentist that is verbal and mentally abusive towards me and my co workers. he has sprayed blood and contaminated water on me during procedures. I believe he is commiting medicaid fraud.

There are four different distinct issues in what you wrote:
1) There is no law against an employer being verbally and mentally abusive, so long as he is not being abusive based on an employee's race, religion, age over 40, sex, disability, etc.
2) If you suffer any injury or illness from the contaminated water or blood, you could sue him for medical costs, lost pages, and pain and suffering, as appropriate.
3) If you believe he is deliberately spraying you with contaminated bodily fluids, you have the option of reporting him to the police (it is crime) and/or the state's dental licensing board (it violates professional standards).
4) If you believe he is committing medicare fraud, you could report him to medicare or the state's attorney general.
