If I’ve taped my husband admitting to having an affair, is this admissible in court?

Also, he says that he doesn’t have anywhere to live if I kick him out. Would allowing him to stay been considered condonation?

So long as the tape recording of your husband where he supposedly admitted having an affair was not done over the telephone you possibly could have the tape recording admitted into evidence assuming there is some relevance for its admission. I suggest that you consult with a family law attorney about this matter.
