What to do if I’m 20 years old and was recently arrested for felony vandalism?
I was never read my Miranda rights at any point. Is this a big deal? is there any way i can use this to get my charges lessened or dropped?

Whether or not you were read your Miranda rights is not an issue if you did not make an admisison to law enforcement after your arrest. Based upon what you have written, I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney to see if you are eligible for court probation. If you are then you might be able to get the charge dismissed upon successful completion of the probation, payment of fines and doing community service work.
