You need to speak with an experienced divorce attorney. You should have equal access to the marital estate including its finances. Your attorney can file your Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and then file a motion for interim attorneys fees. Your husband may be required to pay for your Attorney. Otherwise, you can file the petition yourself, but you will be held to the same standards as a licensed attorney. You will also be required to pay all filing fees for your divorce.
