If I’m 24 and recently met up with and “made out” with a 17 year old girl, have I broken any laws?
I did not making any other kind of sexual contact with the girl. Should I be worried?Her parents did not know.

Utah has a law on the books about taking "indecent liberties" with a minor. All the facts about the situation would have yo be determined but if you are scared - like of her parents, the best thing to do is keep it platonic until she turns 18.
