The situation in Libya is very bad; there is a war going on there; we are losing people everyday. Do I have a good chance of getting asylum?

You would have to meet the US definition of "refugee" in order to be granted asylum and you would have to present evidence (either testimony or otherwise). A refugee is defined as a person who has been persecuted or has a well-founded fear of being persecuted “on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.” I would speak with an immigration attorney in person. Good luck.
