What to do if I’m being threatened with a fault divorce if I do not sign a postnuptial agreement by the end of next week?
The post-nuptial agreement is full of false information and I do not feel comfortable signing it. I am financially unable to hire a lawyer within that time frame. I feel that I am backed into a corner. How do I protect myself in this situation?

I am getting the sense that some event - not favorable to you - triggered the presentation of the post nuptial agreement. You are right not to sign with out an attorney. And so what if he or she files for a fault based divorce. Fault is generally NOT considered in the distribution of marital assets but the signing of an agreement that is a contract and will indeed bind you. Play it out and see. Good luck.
