If you missed a court date with respect to a criminal matter most likely a bench warrant has been issued for your arrest. You need to get the warrant cleared and then have your first appearance at the arraignment where you can plead "not guilty" and move from there.
Given the serious situation you have found yourself in, I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney to assist you in the matter you have written about.
