If I need my ex-husband’s address to give to DHS child support devision but he keeps refusing to give it to me, what should/can I do?

I would haul him back in to court to ask the Judge to order him to give it. His actions have yo be violating some form of the order of support, even if it does not specifically state the exact issue you have. It violates the "spirit" of the order I am sure that he provide child support. Good luck.
