If I need to file a motion to vacate an order of default bit I never received a copy of the order, what are my options?

In the middle of a divorce. I didn’t know that I had to respond in 20 days. I need to file a motion to vacate I think. I believe my wife has been taking my mail but I can’t prove it. What can I do?

You can get a copy of the order from the court. In many states (like mine: NJ), you can get a copy of the order online, from the court's website. If you can't do that in Alaska, you can go into the court clerk's office in person and get a copy, so you can file your motion.
