What will happen if I provided a law enforcement officer a written statement of criminal activity during a pre-employment polygraph examination?
I was Mirandized and given the option to have a lawyer present but made the written statement under duress (thinking I’d get a retest and because the whole process is really intimidating). Can I be arrested for this admission?

It is entirely possible that you could be arrested for making the admission that you made. I suggest that you immediately cosult with a criminal defense attorney about the circumstances of your admission as a form of damage control. One can be found on attorneypages.com.
