How can I qualify for a public defender if I just got a DUI?
I recently got a DWI and a speeding ticket 70 in a 35. My family has too many bills and I don’t want them to pay for my stupid mistake. What are the requirements? Do I have to have an attorney on the first court date? I’ve never been in a situation like this and i have no idea what to do.
